Sullivan is a musician, DJ, Producer and Booking Agent based in Melbourne, Australia. Over various roles within their decades-long career, they’ve been dedicated to helping carve out a more inclusive music culture in Australia. They are a founding member of indie-rock band I Heart Hiroshima and have also worked as a session drummer for the likes of Sia, Peaches, Philadelphia Grand Jury and Robert Forster. In 2011, Sullivan moved to Berlin, where they put on their own parties working with artists such as Chairlift, Electrelane, Karin & Olof Dreijer (The Knife), Romy XX, JD Samson, Lakuti, SSION (among others). They also work as a Booking Agent and Event Coordinator for inclusive publicity, tour promotion and band management company UXS. In this role, they have been invited to program Night Mass at Hobart’s Dark Mofo Festival working with artists such as Junglepussy, Empress Of, Sampa the Great, Mallrat and many others. Additionally they have booked shows for electro-clash pioneer JD Samson, emerging Hip-Hop star Miss Blanks and Melbourne DJ Emma Stevenson; Helped present shows for Sevdaliza, Le1f, Ms. Boogie, Alok Vaid-Menon, Lady Leshurr, and Ah Mer Ah Su; And overseen collaborations with Dark Mofo, Paradise Festival and Astral People.
