Dirié’s works for electronics, chamber, vocal and large ensembles have been performed by distinguished musicians at international stages, such as Carnegie Hall and The Town Hall in New York, the National Theatre in Taipei, the Indiana Repertory Theatre, the International Music Festival of Istanbul, the Colon Theatre in Buenos Aires, l’église de la Madeleine in Paris, among many others. Dirié was a Fulbright Fellow from 1987 to 1989, and Coordinator of the Latin American Music Centre at the Jacobs School of Music, USA. Since 2003 he has served for the Music Theory, World Music Ensembles, and Composition areas at the QCGU, Australia.
